Ian is degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, and graduated with Honors. He has worked across various site and project related roles, ranging from small to large scale infrastructure works, quarries, and mining operations. Ian is an experienced Drill & Blast Engineer, with a proven track record for delivering quality technical support and value adding improvements, across a range of industries.
Ian is dynamic Commercial and Business Development Manager with a passion for innovation, sustainability and complex problem solving. He’s a strong believer in the “trusted advisor” and partnership models, with a solid foundation in team-based collaboration to deliver joint success for strategic clients and providers.
Sarah Thurgood
Consultant
Sarah has cultivated a diverse skillset working across different industries and organisations. As an adept problem solver, Sarah analyses business systems and works with teams to develop targeted plans, policy, processes, and training material.
Sarah is degree-qualified in Social Sciences, majoring in Policy and graduated with Honors. Sarah also has a penchant for grant and tender writing, and for helping businesses improve, refine, and scale.
Sarah is a strategist, coach, trainer, and champion of people. She is passionate about helping you grow and succeed.
